ARRIVAL: usually in the day of arrival rooms are available from 2:00 pm and a telephone call for the arrival after 8 pm will be pleasing. After 6:00 pm bookings without deposit will be cancelled, unless announced. Bookings with deposit are assured until 10:00 am of the day after.
DEPARTURE: In the departure day rooms must be vacated within 10:00 am. The management is at your disposal to agree on different arrival/departure hours, if possible.
CANCELLATION: Unless other agreements, in case of cancellation, the deposit will be kept. If the cancellation happens at least 30 days before the arrival date, deposit will be returned or used in another period. Late or missed arrival or anticipated departure involve in any case the payment of the period booked if not possible to sell rooms again.
